Gear boxes for special vehicles
Engranajes GRINDEL S.A.L. cooperates with different world-class manufacturers in the production of prototypes and the first series of its cylindrical gears and splined shafts, offering great flexibility of service in addition to the required quality.
Once the prototypes have been industrialised, in cases not involving large manufacturing volumes, Engranajes GRINDEL S.A.L. takes responsibility for the supply of series production.
Cylindrical spur gears and helical gears
We manufacture a wide range of cylindrical gears, both with finish cutting quality and with grinding quality, the latter being our main speciality.
Internal tooth gears
We manufacture all types of gears with straight internal teeth up to a length of 100 mm.
Splined shafts
We manufacture splined shafts with milling machines up to a length of 3,000 mm as well as with grinding machines up to a length of 1,200 mm and a diameter of up to 120 mm in both cases.
Broached gears
We broach a wide range of gears thanks to the broaching machines we have available and the significant investment made in broaches over the years.
